From I-26 in Johnson City, take Exit 24 (old Exit 31) and turn right onto Hwy 321N/67 toward Elizabethton/Milligan/Watauga Dam. Stay on Hwy 321/67 for 8-9 miles. When you come to the traffic light just past Dollar General, the road splits; bear left on Hwy 321/67/Broad St. You will pass several fast food restaurants on your left before coming to the intersection at Hwy 19E/321/Veteran's Memorial Parkway (you will see Food City on your right). Turn right onto Hwy 19E and continue for approximately one mile. At CVS Pharmacy, turn right onto Peter Hampton Dr., go one block, then right again onto Stateline Rd. Almost immediately turn left onto Park St. At the stop sign, go left onto Arney and begin up the hill. You will see Rolling Hills public housing development on the left and Hale Community Ministries on the right. Our building has gray siding and burgundy shutters.
There are more direct routes, but this one is the simplest for those who haven't been here before.
Take Hwy 19E North toward Elizabethton. After passing through Hampton and Valley Forge, you will come to Elizabethton. You will pass Stateline Drive-In on your left as well as several used car lots. When you pass Americourt Hotel and Northeast Community Credit Union, begin looking on your left for Elizabethton Veterinary Clinic, Universal Storage and CVS Pharmacy. Turn left onto Peter Hampton Drive (between Universal Storage and CVS, and across the highway from River's Edge Fellowship), then right onto Stateline Rd. Almost immediately turn left onto Park St. At the stop sign, go left onto Arney and begin up the hill. You will see a public housing development on the left and Hale Community Ministries on the right. Our building has gray siding and burgundy shutters.

From Hwy 421, turn onto Jackson Lane, then almost immediately, turn right at Americourt. Just past Americourt, turn left onto Dotson Lane.
At Mountain City Church of God, turn left onto Industrial Dr. Continue for a short distance and you will see Hale Ministries on the left. Enter at the white double doors.
